(hereinafter referred to as “Edis”), we have prepared this privacy policy to enlighten you, our valuable Applicants, on the use of your personal data we collect, the rules we have adopted regarding the protection of your personal data and the obligations of your party. The terms referred to in the Application Form Information and Approval Protocol shall have the same meanings in this Privacy Policy.

As Edis, we would like you to know that we reserve the right to unilaterally update/change this Privacy Policy in case of service/business requirements and/or legal requirements arise or in line with our own initiative, and that it is your responsibility to follow the current version of the Privacy Policy via the “Privacy Policy” tab on the main screen of the Website. When you apply for Edisbox via the Website, you are deemed to have approved this Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED​

1. As Edis, we request your Name-Surname, E-mail, Phone Number, Name-Surname, E-mail, Phone Number, Name and address of the building and/or site where you reside and the name and address of the building and/or site where you reside during your application for Edis to promote/market the product named EdisBox by contacting the building and/or site management in order to ensure the installation of the device named EdisBox in the building and/or site where you live through the Website.
2. In addition to the personal data listed, we also collect your personal data regarding your likes, interests, preferences and usage habits as a result of analyzes in order to facilitate your experience of using the Website and to provide more effective service.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES​

1. As Edis, we may share your personal data with the relevant building and/or site management in order to convey your request/application for the installation of the product named EdisBox in the building and/or site where you live.
2. We accept and undertake that the sharing of personal data with the buildings and/or sites in question will be shared within the purposes and rules specified in this Privacy Policy, the Application Form Information and Approval Protocol, the Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data and the Cookie Policy and in accordance with the Law.

STORAGE AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA​

1. Your personal data is stored by us for the period required by our purposes in this Privacy Policy and/or for the period specified in the relevant legislation.
2. As Edis, we would like you to know that we have taken minimum technical and administrative security measures to protect the servers and databases where we store your personal data against all kinds of cyber attacks.
