Personal Data Protection Law
1- As Edis Afet ve Deprem Sistemleri San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as 'Edis'), this Edis KVKK Clarification Text (hereinafter referred to as 'Clarification Text'), www.edisbox. com (hereinafter referred to as 'Website') in order to explain your legal rights regarding the Protection of Personal Data regarding your applications for the installation of the device named Edisbox in the building and/or site where you live, to inform you about how your data is processed, what kind of measures we take for its protection and security, and to fulfill our obligation to inform you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as 'Law').
2- As Edis, we request your Name-Surname, E-mail, Phone Number, Name-Surname, E-mail, Phone Number, Name and address of the building and/or site where you reside, and the name and address of the building and/or site where you reside during your application for Edis to promote/market the product named Edisbox by contacting the building and/or site management in order to ensure the installation of the device named Edisbox in the building and/or site where you live through the Website. In addition to the personal data listed, we also collect your personal data regarding your likes, interests, preferences and usage habits as a result of analyzes in order to facilitate your experience of using the Website and to provide more effective service.
3- As Edis, we hereby undertake that we will collect, process in moderation, and take all necessary measures for the protection and confidentiality of your personal data listed in the preceding article within the purposes and rules specified in this Clarification Text, Application Form Information and Approval Protocol, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and in accordance with the Law.
4- We will be able to share your personal data with the relevant building and/or site management in order to convey your request/application for the installation of the product named Edisbox in the building and/or site where you live. However, we accept and undertake that such personal data sharing will be shared within the purposes and rules specified in this Clarification Text, Application Form Information and Approval Protocol, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and in accordance with the Law.
5- In order to improve your experience on the Website, we collect your personal data through cookies and store and process them in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal legislation. We recommend that you review the Cookie Policy we have published on the Website so that you can learn about cookies and obtain detailed information about our principles regarding cookies.

7- As Edis, we undertake to finalize your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. However, we would like to remind you that if an additional cost arises due to the fulfillment of your requests, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested from you.
